We’re surprised that Amazon has one for October Prime Day (and that is has lasted through day 2), but there’s a catch. The company has a large stock of “like new” units that were returned, and it’s clearing out its stock at the more reasonable price of $141 (these are normally $199.99 new) for Prime members. All you need to do to get this discount is add it to your cart, then watch the list price of $176.52 fall to $141.Related:The best gaming deals from day two of October Prime DayWe normally don’t feel comfortable recommending used products that are purchased sight unseen, but Amazon’s Renewed lists some important assurances, such as that its “screen is like new with no visible scratches,” and that it will come in its original packaging. That still might not be enough for you to take a chance, but at nearly $60 off the new price, some may feel comfortable taking a chance since $60 is money that could go toward a new game. Also, Amazon offers free returns, so there’s little in the way of risk with the exception of possibly wasting your time running to the mail center if things don’t work out.PlayStation Portal$177$20012% off$177This dedicated remote player lets you play your favorite PS5 games anywhere in the house over Wi-Fi (handy for when the TV isn’t available) while retaining the DualSense’s key features, such as realistic haptics and adaptive triggers.Read More$180 at GameStop$200 at PlayStation$177 at Amazon RenewedLooking for more deals? Minecraft is chock-full of dark and dreary locations, but the environment doesn’t always have to stay that way. You can easily craft torches to light your way through a dark cave or install some ambiance in your base. While torches are among the easier items to make in Minecraft, you still need a recipe guide if you’re crafting a torch for the first time.

- Next, put a piece of Coal or Charcoal in the middle box
You’re able to swap the charcoal and coal interchangeably when…

When Microsoft was in the regulatory process of acquiring Activision Blizzard, there were some “dark days,” Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer said in an interview with IGN. He said Microsoft had to plan for “all contingencies,” and that included the deal not getting done.
“We consider everything. You have to in running the business. But we felt like we were on the side of right, meaning we weren’t doing this so we could pull Call of Duty from PlayStation players. It was never in our plan. I mean, I think my whole inbox leaked on the internet, so if anybody wanted to find that that was the plan, you would find it somewhere and it wasn’t there,” Spencer said.
Spencer said Microsoft “stayed convicted” throughout the process, despite some obstacles like when the UK’s Competition…

Read moreMuch like Capcom starting its Resident Evil remakes with the second game, Konami has done the same with Silent Hill – but the question is, why?You would think that the logical way to remake a series is starting from the beginning, but when Konami finally revealed that the Silent Hill series was making a comeback, it did so by announcing a couple of new games, and of course, a remake of fan favourite Silent Hill 2 from Bloober Team. It’s that fan favourite point that is probably a big reason as to why it has received the remake treatment first, but in a recent interview with Rock Paper Shotgun, Bloober Team’s creative director Mateusz Lenart and lead producer Maciej Głomb offered some more in-depth reasons as to why it was that the second game is kicking off the Silent Hill reviv…
